Products are delivered digitally. Access details may be provided through Gumroad or another checkout/delivery platform.

All product materials, prompts, templates, checklists, guides, text, graphics and branding are owned by Aussie Agent AI or its licensors. You may use the materials for your own professional or internal business use.

You may not resell, redistribute, share, copy, publish, upload, repackage or commercially exploit the materials as your own product, template pack, course, membership or agency asset without written permission.

You agree not to use the website or materials for unlawful, misleading, deceptive, harmful, infringing or unethical purposes.

The toolkit may reference third-party AI tools or platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, NotebookLM, Gumroad or other services. We are not responsible for third-party platform performance, availability, pricing, policies or outputs.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aussie Agent AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or business losses arising from use of the website or products.
